GF series plastic pipe extrusion lines are mainly used for all kinds of PVC pipe
extrusion. This extrusion line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibrator,
hauler, cutter and stacker. Imported AC frequency conversion speed regulatorsare applied in the extruder and hauler. High quality components are equippedin the vacuum pump and hauler motor. There are two-pedrail, three-pedrail,four-pedrail, and six-pedrail haulers for choice. Saw cutter or planet cutter is optional, which is equipped with length meter and incrassation devices. The whole line works stably and efficiently. We can allocate exclusive devices to produceinner spiral pipes, muffling hollow pipes, hollow spiral pipes and core layerfoam pipes. The planet cutter is controlled by digital computer which is convenient to operate.
