The PPR/PE-RT plastic pipe extrusion line is a new type of environmentally friendly
product of the National Ministry of Construction. It has many merits such as
non-toxic, rustless, non-filthily, heat thermostable, heat preservation, convenient
installment and reasonable price. It has been widely applied to the transportation
of housing cold-hot water and liquid gas. This equipment mainly consists
of special purpose PPR or PE-RT single-screw extruder, vacuum calibrating sprinkling
tank, hauler and stacker (or winding machine). We introduce the latest overseas
technology, which fully displays our technical superiority. This production
line has higher output, good plasticized performance, and higher pipe pressure
resistance. The entire extrusion line realizes automatic control from material feeding
to finally piles. The cutter adopts PLC control which results in a lower
failure rate. It adopts advanced basket-like die head which ensures stable high
speed extrusion.
